We pay £15 per hour plus great daily bonuses for meaningful worlk.
You'll be fundraising for some of our charity partners in areas such as homelessness, nature conservation, overseas development, protection of children and children’s health.
Zen Fundraising helps these amazing organisations raise many millions of pounds per year, so that they can carry out their life-saving and life-changing work.
We are looking for the very best Face to Face Fundraisers in the industry but we will also provide excellent initial and ongoing training on mindset, charity knowledge, and motivation.

Work life balance: 4-Day weeks, Tuesday to Friday. Have a 3-day weekend every week if you want, or work Saturdays to top up your hours as needed.
Amazing bonuses: Excellent DAILY bonus opportunities, recruit just 2 donors per day to start earning extra on top of your hourly rate. Average bonus payments are £300 per week, but they are uncapped.

Work a full 4 days without being absent or late and get paid an extra 5 bonus hours for the week.
