We’re proud to share that Kieran has been promoted to Client Manager - Compliance and Ethics.

Kieran's career journey is a story of passion and progression, which began five years ago as a Fundraiser. Kieran quickly progressed as Team Leader and Staff Development Coach.

Starting out as Zen’s Training Manager, Kieran has become a driving force behind our compliance culture, leading feedback processes, shaping ethical fundraising standards and supporting client partnerships with clarity and care.

Now heading up Compliance and Ethics across Zen, Kieran leads the agency-wide compliance strategy, overseeing client reporting, feedback, mystery shopping and fundraiser support.

He also manages our training function, developing content, guiding our Training Officer and ensuring fundraisers are aligned with best practice.

A story of resilience and remembrance: over the past few years, James and his partner have experienced the heartbreaking loss of three babies during pregnancy, including their son Luca and daughter Lelia.

Through their grief, they found solace in Tommy’s, a charity dedicated to funding research into pregnancy loss and providing support for families navigating the unimaginable.

Zen Fundraising is proud to support James with a £500 donation to help him reach his goal for Tommy’s – and we’ll be cheering him on this Sunday every step of the way. 💜

At 8:30 p.m. on 22 March, people in over 118 countries united for Earth Hour, a powerful global moment to reflect and reconnect with the world around us.

Team Zen embraced the hour in their own ways, be it a candlelit soak, a good read, time in nature or planting wildflower seeds.
