About the Role
Are you ready to lead and inspire? Zen seeks a passionate and experienced London Manager to drive our street and private site fundraising initiatives.
As a Manager at Zen, you’ll work from home each Monday, planning for the week ahead and focusing on personal development.
From Tuesday to Friday, you’ll spend 5 hours in the field with your fundraisers, inspiring them to achieve excellent results in a day purposefully kept short to ensure energetic, happy, and satisfied fundraisers.
As a #TeamZen Manager, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring compliance and ethical practice of your teams.
Organising and managing team logistics.
Boosting team motivation and morale.
Staff retention and development.
Achieving quality and quantity targets.
Ensuring your team adheres to an ethical fundraising approach aimed at inspiring donors.
What we would like from you:
At least six months of experience leading a Face-to-Face fundraising or direct sales team in shopping centres or on busy high streets.
The drive and self-motivation to take the next step in your career!
Reporting to the National Fundraising Manager, Zen will ensure you are supported in developing and growing within the role.

You will work with various UK-based charities and those involved in overseas development and conservation. Some of our campaigns are regular giving, and others are lottery campaigns.

We have a highly experienced, devoted, and caring team of managers and office staff who cover various roles such as client account management, compliance, HR, welcome calling, training, and administration.
Our fundraisers enjoy exceptional working conditions. They are all directly employed, earning £15/hour or more and can earn daily bonuses. Plus, we offer a 4-day working week to all fundraisers.
