We’re thrilled to introduce Naomi, our new General Manager of Clients and Business Development at Zen Fundraising. Naomi brings an incredible wealth of experience, a deep passion for making a difference, and a proven track record in the fundraising sector.
Naomi’s journey into the world of fundraising began with a gap year volunteering for Kiya Survivors in Peru, a life-changing experience that inspired her dedication to supporting impactful causes. Her passion for making a difference has since translated into supporting several charities, including Amnesty International, Greenpeace and Centrepoint, whose missions align with her drive to create positive change globally.
A career of action, advocacy and impact
Naomi spent over a decade with Greenpeace, working as a Regional Coordinator, where she led innovative campaigns and inspired teams across festival sites.
Following her tenure at Greenpeace, Naomi joined Action Against Hunger UK as a Campaign Manager, overseeing campaigns that addressed urgent humanitarian needs and raised vital funds.
Naomi's next chapter took her to Centrepoint, where she dedicated more than eight years as a Face-to-Face Campaign Manager, advocating for vulnerable young people experiencing homelessness. Naomi's ability to build and nurture teams while maintaining a clear focus on the charity's mission has been a hallmark of her work.

Naomi’s rich experience spans campaigning, client relations, and team leadership, making her the perfect fit for Zen Fundraising’s ethos of connection, integrity and impact.
