World Freedom Day is a poignant reminder that while many enjoy the fundamental freedoms of life, liberty, and security, countless individuals worldwide still strive to attain these basic human rights.
At Zen Fundraising, we believe in the power of connecting people to causes that champion freedom, equality, and justice. On this World Freedom Day, we want to celebrate and acknowledge the incredible work of some of our cherished charity partners dedicated to advocating for a brighter and more zen world.

Freedom for Granted
In many parts of the world, freedom is frequently taken for granted. The freedom to live in a safe environment, have shelter, and lead a life without fear are rights that should be available to everyone.
Yet, millions of individuals continue to face adversity and struggle to secure these necessities.
Our commitment at Zen Fundraising is rooted in creating impact by connecting people to charitable organisations, non-profits and NGOs that address these issues.
A shoutout to our Zen Partners:
On this day, we'd like to extend our gratitude to some of our extraordinary charity partners who are determined to advance the cause of freedom:
VSO: harnesses the skills and expertise of volunteers to deliver long-lasting change. The charity believes in putting people first and empowering them to be in the driving seat of their development. Volunteers collaborate with marginalised communities in every aspect of project design, enabling the world's poorest communities to take charge of their own transformation and freedom.

ActionAid: ActionAid is a beacon of hope for countless people struggling against poverty, conflict and injustice. Their efforts to promote equality and secure fundamental human rights are admirable. They are prepared to respond, ensuring the well-being of thousands who are without access to food, water, or shelter while also prioritising the safety and protection of women and girls.

Shelter: Shelter's mission to combat homelessness and provide safe shelter for those in need is a testament to their tenacious dedication to the cause of freedom and dignity. Shelter believes everyone should have a home. More than one million people come to them annually for advice, support and freedom from homelessness.

Plan International: advances children's rights and equality for girls in over 80 countries. Their position and global influencing priorities on the right to freedom from violence are inspiring. They remain committed to making a lasting impact on the lives of the most vulnerable and excluded children while supporting children’s rights and gender equality.

Stand with Zen
Please stand with us this World Freedom Day and recognise and support these organisations' incredible work.
The more of us who spread the joy of giving, the more we can advocate for freedom and inspire positive change.
This day serves as a reminder that freedom is a fundamental right, and it's our collective responsibility to ensure it's accessible to all.

When we unite, we can make a profound difference in the lives of those who yearn for the freedom and security that we often take for granted.
While we celebrate our freedoms, it's crucial to remember those still fighting for their fundamental rights. Our charity partners, including VSO, ActionAid, and Shelter, are at the forefront of this battle.
Supporting their efforts and advocating for freedom results in positive change and work towards a brighter, more Zen world for all.
