Creating a positive, ethical and supportive culture means listening to one another, celebrating success, sharing ideas, and speaking up when something doesn't feel right. This space has been created for Fundraisers, Team Leaders and Managers to share feedback confidentially with the wider Zen team.
You may wish to recognise a colleague who has gone above and beyond, raise a concern, highlight an area for improvement, or share something you feel should be brought to our attention.
All feedback is reviewed carefully and treated respectfully. Where appropriate, information will be handled confidentially and investigated in line with our internal policies and procedures.
